The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small house in the heights of Meximieux, close to the city center. This comfortable, quiet and bright apartment is ideally located and measures 32 m². It offers: - Free parking space nearby and an EV charging station. - Private terrace -High speed WiFi/Smart TV - Fully equipped kitchen (2 hotplates, refrigerator, oven-microwave, coffee maker, and kettle) - A dining table and two chairs as well as plenty of cabinets and storage. - Dishes, pots and pans and kitchenware. - In the sleeping area, you will find two 90 cm × 200 cm single beds, which can be pushed together to form a large double bed (for two people) with a comfortable mattress. A wardrobe is also available for storing your belongings. - Bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, storage unit, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, and clothes drying rack. - Restroom. - Window electric roller shutters - Ironing board and iron LINENS AND ESSENTIALS You will find in the apartment upon your arrival, linen and essentials. About linens: - The large beds (90 × 200) will be made with clean linens for your arrival. - One bath towel per person, 1 floor mat for the bath - 2 kitchen towels. Regarding basic products: - Toilet paper - 1 dish soap & 1 sponge, 1 mop - Coffee and tea will be offered for your arrival. - A few everyday cleaning supplies - Salt, pepper.
