We are located just 15 minutes from downtown Syracuse and Skaneateles Lake, the eastern gateway to the Finger Lakes. We invite SU parents & Fans, SUNY Upstate Medical staff, Baxter International employees, and tourists of the Finger Lakes wineries . Welcome! This accommodation is for 2 people, with a queen sized bed. The space is newly decorated, in a clean, comfortable, and beautiful environment. This room room has plenty of storage space, and can be used for a longer term stay. It is showcased with the fiber art of Sharon Bottle Souva, a local/regional artist, and photographs by Naturalist photographer, Tim Austin. House guests are able to access all areas of the house for their comfort and relaxation needs except for the master bedroom/bath. There may be a fire in the fireplace or a Syracuse University football or basketball game in play on the large screen TV (family room)! If the weather allows, a cup of coffee/tea on the back deck may be inviting, or a walk may be in store to overlook the neighboring farmlands or valley views. The 2 hosts enjoy sharing the local events with guests, and will recommend restaurants, shopping options, stage events, and local cook-offs, summer and winter alike! There is always something a brew in CNY! This neighborhood is unique in that we are only 15 minutes away from Downtown Syracuse and the Syracuse University Campus, SUNY Upstate Medical Hospitals, and St. Joseph's Hospital. The Syracuse Lakeview Amphitheater is a quick drive down Rt. 690. Likewise, we are 15 minutes away from Skaneateles Lake, the eastern gateway to the Finger Lake area, and its multiple wineries. The natural environment is a cross between urban and rural living, with quick access to either domain. You can drive down the 13 Curve roadway to local maple syrup farms, Christmas tree farms, or local cuisine. There is private parking on the premises. Taxi services can be called, as well as car rental services. There isn't any public transportation at this location. Wifi is available to all.
