The space This serene and tranquil residence is nestled in a secluded finca that is home to a variety of monkeys, horses, and cows. It is situated in Rio Seco, Miramar, Puntarenas, and is only a 10-minute drive from town where you can access amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and more. Additionally, the nearest hospital is just a 25-minute drive away. Guest access The house is divided into two parts, namely the upstairs master suite and the downstairs common living area and second bedroom. Access to the downstairs shared spaces is open to all guests, while the upstairs master suite is exclusively reserved for guests who book it. 1. The downstairs area features a living room with plush couches that provide a comfortable seating arrangement while enjoying Netflix on the large-screen Smart TV. The room is air-conditioned and has large sliding glass doors, which offer a stunning view of the surrounding dry tropical landscape. 2. In addition to the living room, the downstairs also boasts a spacious dining room that comfortably accommodates up to six people for dinner. There is also a breakfast nook and a dedicated workspace in the dining area. 3. The downstairs kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities of a home, including dishes, cooking utensils, a large refrigerator, a cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. There's also a sizable pantry for storing food. 4. A luxurious shower is present in the full bathroom downstairs. All guests can access this bathroom. 5. The bedroom located downstairs offers privacy with a door that can be locked. It comes with ample closet space and drawers for storage. With a ceiling fan and air conditioning unit, the room is kept cool and comfortable. Additionally, the room features large windows that offer a stunning view of the fields and trees. 6. The luxurious private master suite located upstairs boasts a California King size bed, its own master bath with a shower, and air conditioning. It’s an open space and the entire area is principally the upstairs of the house. Guests can enjoy a large-screen Smart TV, a huge walk-in closet, a covered outdoor patio, and a private bar area. 7. All guests are welcome to utilize the outdoor laundry room and barbeque grill. During your stay As your host, I am available to assist you in various capacities such as being your guide, advisor, yoga instructor, or tour guide. However, I respect your privacy and can also provide you with space and solitude. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please inform us and we will ensure that everything is taken care of promptly. Our main priority is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your choice. Other things to note Please be aware you are visiting the jungle in a country with the most diverse fauna and flora. Bring bug repellent and watch and be cautious with all the animals that make this area their home, bugs, reptiles, and mammals alike, are sharing their space with you. And we hope you like dogs and horses because Duke our shepherd, Max our Doberman, and Regalo, our horse, live on the finca with us.
