Private beach apartment in Playa Guiones. Perfect location - the beach is 3 min walk. Restaurants, surf shops, Gilded Iguana surf club 2 min walk, mini market, bike, ATV rentals within 5 min walk - you will be in the heart of Guiones. Simple & clean apartment with everything you need. You will have discounts on restaurants, spa, yoga classes via Surf Shack. Noise: as the location is central you may experience noise from the street during the day and sometimes live music in the evening. The space The rental house contains 3 separate individual one-bedroom apartments with private kitchens. The kitchen is simple but well equipped, it has a stovetop. This place is perfect for the people who would like to stay really close to the beach and at the same time walk to the restaurants and all the other places you may need to without having to take the car: this is the most animated area of Guiones. It is very central there is some noise from passing cars and evening music from the hotel next door on Wednesdays till 9 pm and Saturdays till 10 pm. Longer-term rentals are possible. Guest access Private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, outside shower, little garden area. I offer private yoga classes on the upstairs terrace with a discount that I offer to my guests. You can also join me for my community yoga classes in Nalu Nosara and Bodhi Tree. If you arrive by car the parking is on the street, there is always space to park by the house. Other things to note Power and internet cuts sometimes happen in the jungle, though they don’t usually last long. If you plan on working remotely or will be reliant on a 100% no-fail internet service, please note I cannot guarantee that as it is almost always out of my hands. Failing that you could always try The Gilded Iguana hotel which is next door as they have satellite internet. We also live amongst other living beings, which include insects and bugs occasionally being inside the house too! (especially during the rainy season). I try not to use Pest Control with heavy chemicals as each and every creature here has a special purpose and helps to maintain a beautiful, balanced and bio diverse tropical dry forest. We all willingly chose to be in this jungle where these creatures exist. Let’s please respect and allow them to be without disturbing, killing and especially poisoning them! Also, keep in mind that when we use poison of any kind it just moves up the food chain killing all kinds of species as well as running off into the soils and eventually the water table that we drink. 🙏🏽 Opportunistic theft affects all homes in the Nosara area so please be vigilant with your belongings. Please close the doors and all the windows when you leave and put your valuables in the safe situated under the bathroom sink. Whilst there are no construction work next to the property, construction and home improvement noises can be heard from time to time and are unfortunately part of life in Guiones these days, they are only limited to the daytime.
