Fully Remodeled, Charming Victorian Home

Enjoy staying in our fully remodeled Victorian home with a beautiful bay window and high-speed internet access. In the "hip" and homey South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester, the nearest grocery store is a block away. Highland Park (home of Rochester's famous lilacs) is less than a mile away. There are local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, a tea bar, and two of the best dessert places in an 8-minute walk. The space After you've enjoyed Rochester's beautiful weather, relax in our fully-remodeled, charming Victorian home with high-speed internet access (and Netflix!). In the "hip" and homey South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester. You have your own private entrance and HVAC system, so you control the air conditioning and heating. Nobody else has access to your space during your stay. This space is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a laundry room in your entryway. Guest access You have the entire apartment, including the laundry room. Of course we have provided a coffee maker, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and blender for your use. Along with all the necessary dishes and utensils for making meals in the full kitchen. (Not that you'll need to, with so many great places to eat mere minutes away.) Other things to note We use scent-free laundry detergent and all-natural disinfecting cleaning supplies. To keep the space fresh and allergen-free, we do not allow smoking or pets.
