Stationary caravan in the countryside with pool

Enjoy nature from our set up and completely renovated trailer. Here you sleep in the middle of a nature reserve but still have Stockholm 35 minutes away by car. With access to a private bathroom, our swimming pool and walking distance to Lake Mälaren (with a swimming area), we hope you will enjoy yourself! Outdoor kitchen on the porch outside the trailer will be ready in the spring of 2025 A private bathroom is available for your convenience in our house, which you can reach directly through a private door (20 meters from the trailer). Here you will find toilet/shower/sink The space The trailer, which is from 1962, is completely newly renovated inside. In 2024-2025, the terrace, roof and outdoor kitchen were also built. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with an electric grill, hob (induction), sink and running water (hot water can be obtained if necessary), kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso) and all utensils and tableware. Should anything be missing, we are at your disposal and are happy to lend equipment. Inside the trailer, there is a double bed that is 160 cm wide. Due to the size of the trailer, the bed is only about 165 cm long but can be extended with an extra mattress. The trailer also has a smaller dining table, 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a refrigerator. If necessary, space in our freezer can also be used. The bathroom (in our house, but completely separate with private entrance) has a shower, toilet and sink. In the trailer (and on its terrace) there are both lights and electrical outlets (230V). Guest access The trailer is used only by the guests. It is secluded in the house's garden and there is no view. Next to the trailer, guests' cars can be parked safely. The pool is shared with us and possibly other guests staying in our outbuilding. The pool is normally open from mid-May to mid-September. When it is heated by the sun, it is usually between 18-23 degrees during May, and between 25-30 degrees from July onwards. Please let us know and we can tell you more about the current temperature, etc. The bathroom, which is located inside the house, is only used by the guests. The bathroom is accessed via its own entrance and the door to the house is kept locked. The bathroom is therefore completely private and only for guests.
