Private bedrooms in super cozy, apartment with a great view (11th story). In the middle of Quito's financial district just one block away from La Carolina park. With a great location, walking distance from the main supermarkets, malls, banks, restaurants, and clubs of the city. The apartment is in a very safe building, with 24 hour security and doorman. It is a 3 bedroom apartment, one of which use my son Pablo. He is a contemporary artist and is out most of the day to work in his art studio. The space My apartment is furnished mostly with wooden teak design finishes. It has a great view of the northern part of the city. It is a well iluminated, plenty of light apartment with all the services available (wi-fi, washing machine, kitchen, private restroom, etc). I'm a contemporary artist looking forward to meet new people. Guest access There are two available bedrooms for you to stay, each with its own bathroom. Dining room, living room, washing machine and kitchen, all fully equipped. Airport transfer service has an additional cost of $35 USD. Just let us know before-hand :) Other things to note This is my beloved living space. I have a job during the mornings, and in the evening I go out to work at my artstudio.
