To help keep the apartment clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the following: • No Smoking Indoors - you’re welcome to smoke outside, but kindly be mindful of neighbours and avoid smoking near entrances or shared areas. • No Tissues in The Toilet – please don’t flush tissue paper in the toilet. The pipes are narrow in Thailand. Tissues will cause a blockage preventing the toilet from flushing normally. • Help Save Energy – please turn off lights and AirCons when you don’t need them and when you are not in the apartment. • Shoes Off Inside - in Thai homes, we take our shoes off indoors. Please do the same to help keep the apartment clean and cozy. • No Loud Noise 9pm to 8am – Bangkok has laws on loud noises and disturbances. To keep things peaceful for everyone, please keep noise to a minimum during the night. If a neighbour complains there will be fine of THB10,000. • Rubbish & Cleaning - please avoid leaving rubbish bags in the hallway. When it full please tide the bag and take it to the front building, the bin man will take care of it. We leave the spare bin bags under the kitchen sink.
