After a delicious breakfast on the lawn, you lace up your hiking boots and embark on the thrilling Tikona Trail trek, returning to the villa invigorated and ready for a refreshing dip in the pool. As the afternoon sun warms your skin, you lounge by the pool with a good book, occasionally stealing glances at the majestic mountains. As dusk settles, the aroma of barbequed delights fills the air, whetting your appetite for a delicious feast under the starlit sky. Later, you gather around a crackling bonfire, sharing stories and laughter with your loved ones under a blanket of stars. BEDROOM 4 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi and wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 5 This bedroom is in the basement. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi and wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BATHROOMS There are 5 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There are 2 living rooms. The living room 1 includes a WiFi, and sound system. Comes with a dining area, and an attached balcony. The living room 2 includes a WiFi, and sound system. There is a separate dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to reheat their meals. It is equipped with all reheating essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN Spread across 45000 sq ft, this verdant lawn greets all visitors to the property's entrance and extends right out to the property. There is a lush garden that has a swing as well as a sit-out space and gazebo. It's a great place for a morning stroll. POOL The villa offers a private heated pool with a pool deck where one can enjoy the outdoors. The pool is 20*50ft with a depth of 5ft. Pool timings are 7 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - A bonfire pit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - A games room is available for guests to enjoy. - A bicycle can be provided for guests to stroll around on request. - Amenities such as an iron, hairdryer and electric kettle can be provided on request. - A washing machine is available for washing clothes. - Pool heating charges are for Rs. 10,000 plus taxes. Same needs to be confirmed by the guest at least a day before the check-in date.  - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
