Just a few steps away from central square of Kolašin is our cosy apartment with a parking space. It is spacious, quiet - with a lovely terrace, ideal for morning coffee with birds chirping in the pine trees across. Warm in winter, it is kid & pet friendly with the big courtyard. Stores, cafes, bars and restaurants are a minute away. Perfect springboard for exploring exciting surroundings like river Tara, Bjelasica, Biogradska gora, Sinjajevina & Komovi a short drive - bike ride from the flat. The space Our flat is on the first floor of the two story building. There's just few steps that lead to it. You enter the large area with living room, kitchen and dining room. Out of that space you can go to a big terrace, bedroom and bathroom. Sleeping - In the bedroom there is a 140x200 bed for two. In the living room there is a couch that can be used as a bed for two. Eating - Food can be prepared and stored in our kitchen. There is no oven. You are free to use basic condiments like oil, salt etc. Bathing - we have a step in shower and soaps, shower gels, shampoos, hair conditioners are all provided along with towels and hair dryer. Heating & Cooling - Our flat is equipped with central heating unit and it's very warm during winters. During summers because the building walls are 30 cm thick the flat stays cold during the rare warm days where the heat of the middle of the day usually lasts for an hour or so. Work - you can use our super fast optical internet that goes up to 500mbs/s of download speed. It's super reliable and we're been doing our video conference calls and presentations from there with ease. There is a dedicated working desk in the middle of the living room. Parking - You can park your car or van or camper right next to the flat. Guest access The whole apartment is on your disposal.
