BALU Mobile Home | Cozy Tiny House in Apetlon

Welcome to the beautiful Seewinkel! I am BALU - a tiny house of about 30 m², built from natural materials and lovingly furnished. Sustainability is very important to me, because my electricity comes from the sun and my organic separation toilet saves a lot of water. When it gets cooler, my wood pellet stove creates a special atmosphere. My huge terrace invites you to relax and there is also a lot to discover in the garden. Up to 4 people can stay with me. Of course, you don't need to bring bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel, because that is available to you with me. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction stovetop, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. In addition, I have a few regional delicacies in stock that you are welcome to use (Seewinkler noodles, rice, lentils, honey, etc.). The location I am in a quiet location, hidden in a kind of courtyard, next to a horse paddock and overlooking a chicken meadow. From here you can start extensive walks and bike rides. The most beautiful sunsets are 5 minutes away by car at the "Darscho"/Warmsee. And if you get hungry or thirsty, Apetlon's top winemakers, the rustic wine taverns and the gourmet restaurant "Zum fröhlichen Arbeiter", which was awarded the "best host of the year 2022", will be happy to see you. In 5 minutes' walk you can also reach a small supermarket. Excursions and attractions in the area include the Apetloner swimming lake, Lake Neusiedl, the St. Martins Therme, the Mörbisch Festival and the National Park Lange Lacke. We do not allow to smoke inside the house. Please note that I will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
