The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with a living room, a private balcony, a bathroom and an additional bedroom. Guest access The staircase is a shared space for all residents of the building. Entry requires the access code to be entered. There is an elevator and a bike room in the common area – a safe place to store bikes. The building also has a free driveway for people with disabilities. Parking is located directly next to the property, and each apartment has an assigned individual parking space, marked on the map in the apartment. The entire apartment is available to guests.
