A dedicated workspace with both high-speed Wi-Fi and LAN connection is also available, ideal for business travelers or remote work. The second bedroom also offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. Like the entire apartment, both bedrooms can be fully darkened with electric external shutters, guaranteeing peaceful sleep. The cozy living room forms the heart of the apartment, featuring a large and comfortable sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space. With a large Smart TV, you can easily log in with your own accounts on all common streaming platforms to enjoy your favorite movies or series. City Tax (Accommodation Tax of the City of Karlsruhe) The City of Karlsruhe charges a mandatory accommodation tax per overnight stay and per guest. The tax amounts to: • €4.00 per guest per night (01 January 2026 – 31 December 2027) • €4.50 per guest per night (from 01 January 2028) The City Tax is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately. The tax applies to both private and business stays. Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt. As accommodation providers, we are legally required to collect this tax on behalf of the City of Karlsruhe.
