This 45 m² accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace in an atrium for relaxing moments outdoors. The central location allows easy exploration of the city. The space This charming basement apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200) and a sofa bed (with a real mattress 140 × 200). The accommodation is completely renovated – from a state-of-the-art kitchen to a completely new bathroom. Each room has been lovingly designed by us to create a warm and tidy atmosphere. Large windows provide plenty of daylight. Parking near the property on request (€5 per day). In the event that the accommodation is booked for two people and the sofa is to be used as a bed, we ask you to inform us in advance. Please note that this use must be registered in advance. Other things to note Note: The overnight tax is €2.50 per night and adult guest (18 years and older). Children and adolescents are exempt from the tax. Payment is made on site.
