Double Room in Apartment Close to Punta's Beaches

A large double room located in a spacious and two floor apartment. The space is perfect for couples, friends or families who want to enjoy home comforts while staying in Punta del Este. We are a laidback English-Argentine family of three. Tell us a little about yourselves and your trip to Uruguay. Please note that, although we welcome infants and children, this room is suitable for two (2) guests only. It is not big enough to accommodate more than this amount. The space About the Property: ~ Ground floor: Comfortable open-plan living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, large sunny L-shaped balcony, and toilet. ~ Upper floor: Two large guest bedrooms (one with a private balcony - see our other listing) that can be set up for either double or twin occupancy. One spacious and fully-equipped shared bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are shared by the guests (maximum of four) and are cleaned on a daily basis. Read the reviews from our previous guests then come and see for yourself! Guest access Guests have access to all of the apartment's amenities, including the kitchen. There is WiFi connection throughout the entire property. We do not have private parking but it is safe to park on the streets; the apartment sits in a quiet residential area. During your stay We live at the apartment with our baby boy and whenever we are at home will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about Punta. Upon arrival we'll provide you with a map and can give you detailed information about what to do and where to eat during your stay. Other things to note Important: ~ For arrivals after 10pm there is a surcharge of US$20. ~ For arrivals after midnight there is a surcharge of US$50.
