Originally built in the early 1900s as a private house, Higher Trapp has been magnificently converted into a country hotel with 29 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 2 function rooms and a locally renowned restaurant. An ideal base for countryside walks, the hotel is also just 5 minutes from junction 8 of the M65, and a short drive from Manchester’s city center, making it an ideal choice for both business and pleasure. Our Suite with a Four Poster bed is extra spacious and has a view of our Gardens. It features a 40" (or larger) flat-screen TV, a Nespresso® coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers and luxury toiletries. A Munchies bag which includes 2 packets of crisps, 2 soft drinks (St Pellegrino) and 2 cookies and bottled water are also included.
