Completely recycled old house with modern details, spacious rooms with high ceilings located on a small estate with pinot noir, olive and fruit trees next to the Mendoza River. A place of tranquility and peace just 25 minutes from downtown Mendoza, ideal for excursions to the mountains or visits to wineries, but above all to rest and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the proximity of the river and the pool with incredible views over vineyards and the Andes Mountains! The space The house is located in the middle of a Pinot Noir vineyard and a lot of green parkland. Walking 3 minutes you reach the river that always has water due to natural slopes. To enjoy the sandy beaches and the sound of the water, to bathe or a nice walk. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and a long covered gallery that provides shade in summer, as do the tall grape vines. The pool is a good size and the view is simply beautiful. Keep in mind that one of the spacious rooms is a bit of a walk to get to the kitchen or bathroom. Recommended for 4 adults and children or a family or friends, as there is only one bathroom. Otherwise, you can ask for the option to add the apartment with another private bathroom. Guest access The house is divided into a main house and an apartment. With separate entrances. In the event that someone else is added or if the apartment is rented separately, which is for two people, the pool may be shared with those two people. Just like my daughters, who also come by occasionally. But they know that our guests have priority and are very respectful.
