The space The Punta Playa condominiums in an incredible location on a perch above the ocean. The gated community is safe and walkable to 3 beaches and restaurants, cafes and bars. It’s also a 30 minute drive to Tamarindo, a popular and lively surf community. At the base of the condo overlooking the ocean, you’ll find a beautiful pool where you can lounge around with your drink of choice. The condo comes equipped with a washer, dryer, grill on the deck, TV’s with access to Netflix, a kitchen with all the utensils, necessities like shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee and parking for one car inside of the gated community. Guest access The entire condo and access to the pool and semi-private beach are there for you to use! The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
