The lower bedroom has one King Bed, and one twin bed. The upper bedroom has one King Bed, and a large sofa. Monterra has a full kitchen, wraparound living and verandah areas (two big sectional sofas), a mesquite dining table seating ten. All rooms are BEACHFRONT.......and look upon the ocean. The Villa is furnished with fabulous tropical furnishings, great art, and canopy beds. Monterra has a private patio with a grilling area. We also have private beach palapas for you, in front of the house, on the sand! Monterra sleeps five persons......... The Villa is surrounded by stone privacy walls. Parking is within the gated property. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with palms, bougainvillea, and tropical splendor. Villa Monterra is 20 Steps from the ocean. The beachfront in front of the Villa is a sandy beachfront. You are able to swim, surf, and snorkel, directly in front of the Villa. Manzanillo Bay is famous for it's Left Surf Break. Monterra is minutes from the nearest beachfront restaurants. You can walk to wonderful beachfront restaurants in five minutes or less. We are right in the center of Manzanillo Bay. +++++++We have the High Speed Internet. High Speed Internet is a valuable commodity on the Troncones beach.
