Includes an AC, wardrobe, safe, hangers and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, wardrobe, safe, hangers and a single mattress. Ensuite Bathroom. Bathtub. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. The 2nd bathroom has a bathtub. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room on the ground floor with glass windows for plenty of sunlight and direct access to the courtyard. Include AC, TV, and sound system. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all reheating essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 1000 sq. ft sprawling lawn with plenty of greenery. COURTYARD A beautiful courtyard is present in the villa with comfortable seating and greenery. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 25ft x 12ft with a depth of 4.2ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note - Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - Breakfast is complimentary, guests can choose any two options from the breakfast menu. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. *Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
