Welcome to Case Luparello, a beautiful property located just a short drive from the historic town of Noto and from the stunning beaches of the Vendicari natural reserve. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or groups of friends. The property was opened to the public in 2025, and was built to the highest energy efficiency standards, in line with our care and respect for the surrounding environment. The space The property consists of four independent units contained in two separate houses. The spaces provide peacefulness and privacy to guests who enjoy travelling as a group. The first house is split over two levels (one unit per floor), while the second house is a single-story building (both units are accessed from the ground floor but with bedrooms over the mezzanine floor). Each unit features a bedroom and a private bathroom. Two units include a fully equipped kitchen, while the other two have a convenient kitchenette. All units are equipped with air conditioning and heating (both via split systems). Throughout the year an ideal indoor temperature is guaranteed. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas indicated in the listing profile. Private spaces: The entire apartment is available for guests, including the bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, patio or terrace (the latter depending on the selected apartment). Shared spaces: Guests may use the pool and the related equipped area (including outdoor showers, changing room, and outdoor bathroom), the barbecue area and wood-burning oven, with the adjacent shared patio and bathroom, the unguarded private parking within the property, and the gardens.
