Tiro Tai is a townhouse with a seperate smaller apartment upstairs, this is entirely fenced off. Other things to note Britannia Heights is a quiet but sort after neighbourhood due to the excellent views and close proximity to Nelson's main beach Tahunanui (20 minute walk, a bit longer coming back up the hill!) and Nelson City centre (6 minute drive). It is most suitable for travellers with vehicles. The property looks down on the popular Tahunanui Beach. Not only is this a great swimming spot, there you will also find a waterpark, go-karts, a skating rink, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats, Laser Tag, a Trampoline Park, volley ball and boules courts, a small zoo!, a new community park for kids with lots of things to climb and play on, ice cream trucks, a cafe and plenty of parking. Across the park is a great local bar, the Sprig and Fern, for recuperating parents to finish their beach day. On both sides of the Britannia Heights ridges are plenty of walking paths linking up streets, easily found on Google Maps. These make great walks around the neighbourhood, into town and down to the beach. The Nelson Golf Course is a 10min / 4km drive away.
