The space Prime location: In less than 3 minutes on foot (100m from the beach), you can immerse yourself in the clear blue sea and watch the beautiful sunset of Phu Quoc. ​Absolute privacy: The villa is located in an extremely quiet area, keeping you away from the noise so you can fully enjoy the sound of the waves and the natural cool breeze. ​Although located in a peaceful and private corner, the villa still has great access to central amenities: ​Shopping: Just a few minutes away from supermarkets such as Kingkong Mart and TR supermarket, where you can find everything from essentials and Phu Quoc specialties to souvenirs. Food: Only 800m to Sonasea Night Market - a diverse street food paradise with seafood eateries and local restaurants. Guest access ​Private pool: Right in the villa is a green private swimming pool. You can freely soak, enjoy a cocktail, or read a book by the lake at any time of the day. Common swimming pool: 50m away, the 400m2 swimming pool is comfortable for the whole family to swim and enjoy the sea view. ​2 Luxury Bedrooms: Designed in a minimalist but cozy style, equipped with high-class mattresses, air conditioning and an en-suite toilet, ensuring a soft sleep for every member. ​Fully equipped kitchen: Open space directly connected to the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils for you to prepare cozy family meals with your own hands. Other things to note - Please close the balcony door, make sure the kitchen is not cooking before leaving and turn off the light and air condition when you leave the apartment. - Please keep clean, take out the trash in the right place. Leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use If the dishes and chopsticks are not washed before check-out, we will charge a cleaning fee of 300,000 VND. - No use of banned substances, no pets, no parties too loud after 10pm.
