Welcome to the Potter Highlands!! We are so excited to welcome travelers to our brand new studio apartment in the heart of one of Denver's thriving historic districts. Our private cottage style apartment was completed in late 2018 and was designed to be a comfortable, calm get away in the heart of our busy and growing city. It is walking distance from fantastic restaurants, parks, and historical sites. It is a quick 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) into the heart of downtown Denver. The space Short Term Rental License Information is available on request. The space is wonderfully designed with upscale fixtures and amenities. It is located on the property of our primary residence in a family friendly historic neighborhood. It is upstairs above our garage and guests will need to expect to climb 16 stairs. This space is not wheelchair accessible. We are two medical professionals with two young children and we are a LGBTQ friendly family. We are excited to welcome guests to enjoy our apartment, our neighborhood and all that Denver has to offer. Smoking (of any kind) is not welcome inside or out of the apartment. Our outdoor space is not generally available for use. We ask that all guests remain respectful of our neighbors. Excess noise and guests beyond what the space is listed to hold are unacceptable. Other things to note There are approximately 16 stairs to climb to enter the apartment and the space is not otherwise accessible. In the winter the stairs can get icy and snowy. We will manage this but we recommend caution. The property is monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. There are absolutely NO cameras in the apartment. If you develop concerns there are cameras inside the apartment please alter us immediately. We are happy to be flexible with check in and check out times if we can be and if we are given advanced notice we can often plan around guest needs. We will request $15 through Airbnb for a late check out request if we can accommodate the request. We charge nothing for early check in and are happy to let you check in as soon as the space is ready but it may not be ready until 4pm on your check in day. Our apartment is very popular and last minute requests for early check in or late check out are difficult to facilitate. Please let us know about your needs when you book. The apartment is above our garage and we leave early most weekdays and sometimes on the weekend. The garage doors are designed to be very quiet but can be heard to a degree.
