Red Clay Landing is located in a brand-new, secure building so you can enjoy close proximity to all the Chattanooga attractions without fighting the hassles of downtown. Sleek countertops and high-end appliances ensure a modern living experience. The apartment is bright and airy and serves as the perfect space for both relaxation and entertainment. The space This spacious and thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, one-bath unit offers a stylish interior, ample storage, and an open-concept kitchen perfect for everyday living in your home away from home. Enjoy premium countertops and appliances, oversized windows that fill the space with natural light, and an open, welcoming layout ideal for all guests. The bedrooms include one king bed and two full beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the modern bathroom features a large vanity and shower/tub combo to relax in after a fun day of exploring. Guest access The unit has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Other things to note Please note that guests under 21 or guests residing in the Greater Chattanooga Metropolitan Area will be charged a $200 refundable deposit subsequent to receiving their booking confirmation. Please review our policy forbidding parties, events and unregistered guests to ensure your stay abides with this policy and does not jeopardize your deposit. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited inside Timberroot properties. Refer to the rental agreement to see these policies and the additional fees that occur if you fail to follow them. Pets: We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $35 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
