It’s an inviting space to unwind after a day of exploring Goa. 🍽️ Dining Area Adjacent to the living area, the dining space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it ideal for shared meals. 🛏️ Bedroom 1 King-size bed, air-conditioned, with an attached en-suite bathroom. The room includes comfortable linen, wardrobe space for storage, along with towels and toiletries for a pleasant stay. 🛏️ Bedroom 2 King-size bed, air-conditioned, with an attached en-suite bathroom. Thoughtfully designed with soothing interiors, this bedroom offers a restful environment with quality linen, wardrobe space, towels, and toiletries. 🍳 Kitchen & Meals The fully functional kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware. Guests may prepare their own meals or order food via Swiggy, Zomato, or Blinkit. 🏊‍♂️ Common Pool Guests have access to a shared swimming pool within the complex. 🧹 Housekeeping & Services Daily housekeeping is provided between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Fresh towels and linens are replenished every 3 nights to help conserve water. There is no on-site caretaker. 🎁 Welcome Kit Guests are welcomed with a basket of fresh fruits on arrival. 🌐 Wi-Fi & Network High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. 🔌 Power Backup An inverter powers fans, basic lights, charging points, and Wi-Fi for 3–4 hours during power outages (no generator). 🛡️ Security The apartment is located within a gated community with 24/7 security, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. 🚗 Parking Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. NETWORK Please note that Jio works well in the area but VI and Airtel have very limited range ( Inside the apartment network is the issue hence WiFi is been provided). Guest access - You can enjoy our common area facilities like the pool - We have free parking available outside the property (first come, first served basis). Other things to note 🧹 Daily housekeeping is provided 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Towels and linen are provided, with a full change after every 3rd night. 🛒 Groceries If you'd like groceries ready before your arrival, just send us your list in advance — we’ll take care of it for you. Alternatively, we can share the contact of a local vendor who delivers directly to the building. The nearest market for essentials is in Verem, just a 3-minute drive away. For a larger supermarket, you can head to Newton’s or Delfino’s, both about a 10-minute drive from the apartment complex. ⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out Available at an additional charge, subject to villa availability. Please message us 2 days prior to check if it's possible. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 27 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these. Security Deposit We collect a security deposit amount of Rs.10,000 (short stay) and Rs.20,000 (long stay) in cash at the time of check-in.
