The space The apartment is located in a building approved by statutes for tourist housing, located in beachfront tourist area. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the Morros Eco Building in Serena del Mar, it has all the comforts to accommodate up to 4 people. - 1 bedroom with a king-size bed - Double sofa bed in the living room -It has two full bathrooms, one in the bedroom and another in the living room -Work area: washer and dryer -Air conditioning - Internet Wi-Fi -TV in the bedroom and in the living room -Kitchen with all appliances -Cerradura Digital NOTE: PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA, THEN THERE MAY BE SOME NOISE DURING THE DAY. THE WINDOWS ARE ANTIRUIDO. *Elements that are in the apartment:* -Toallas de shower for each guest. -Beach Towels for each guest. - Hand soap in the bathrooms at the time of delivery, after this equipment is finished the guest must replenish it. - A roll of toilet paper in each bathroom at the time of delivery, after this equipment is finished the guest must replenish it. - A garbage bag in each box at the time of delivery, after this equipment is finished the guest must replenish it. -Washing of dishes and sponge at the time of delivery, after this equipment is finished the guest must replenish it. The building has a large pool area and palm oasis, Jacuzzis, Turkish bath, fully equipped gym, direct beach access, children's pool, children's playground, private covered parking, elevators, 24/7 private security, open oceanfront rooms and spaces. Ideal for families with children or couples. (Jacuzzis and swimming pool are disabled) Our guests can enjoy all areas of the building at no extra charge. On the beach there is an optional exclusive service of chairs and parasol that can be booked through an application, which we provide to our guests on the day of their arrival if they wish. This service has an additional cost that the app shows. Guest access Once the reservation is confirmed, you must send the following information in order to authorize your entry to the building: (NAME AND SURNAME, DOCUMENT NUMBER, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and CITY) NO CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED AFTER SENDING THE GUEST LIST. This information must be sent two (2) days in advance, and will be at the building's front desk. When you arrive, you only need to provide your physical ID. They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. You must wear the wristband during your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without a problem. We do this for the building's security.   I must also state that no visitors are accepted, only people registered in advance on the guest list.   Our guests can enjoy the building's social areas (swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym) during the hours established by the building's regulations, which are from 9 am to 7 pm. Other things to note By car you will be: • 15 minutes from Rafael Nuñez International Airport • 20 minutes to the Walled City. • 5 minutes from Las Ramblas Mall. • 5 minutes from the Karibana golf club Walking you can go to the exclusive restaurants, spa and entertainment of the Meliá Karmairi and Estelar Manzanillo Hotels. A five-minute drive away is the Las Ramblas Mall where you will find supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, among many other services and shops. You'll find just about everything. Also available with Rappi service. • Building policies do not allow visitors. No other persons, visitors, than those who booked have authorization to enter. • No parties or loud noises. • If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. • You can use the In Driver app, due to the availability of vehicles in the area and the affordability of its rates.
