Private room with private bathroom (toilet), one block from the metro train (12 minutes from Central Station), close to supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. With access to common areas, living room, dining room, and terrace. Private parking. It includes Wi-Fi, hot water, a washing machine, a hairdryer, TV, and cable. Guest access There is a sitting room where guests can rest, read, where there is a desk to use a notebook, or have a coffee. A beautiful patio with a terrace table where you can smoke or just relax. During your stay I like to talk with passengers and share a good coffee, only if they like it too. I respect privacy.
