Economical apartment near the beach

Please note, we own 8 apartments that are listed on AIRBNB. This is our simplest and consequently cheapest apartment. Please remember this when you rate it. We know it has not been renovated, and we chose it to cater to the public who want to invest less, but it has a 50" Smart TV, air conditioning, a duplex refrigerator, and is in a great location. (first floor) We do not accept visits without prior authorization. We read the energy meter for control purposes, and it is not charged in most cases.
