Or if you just want to build a sandcastle there is plenty of sand. The space The bedroom has an ultra plush king size bed and 43" smart TV. There is also an en-suite bathroom with full-size tub and shower. There is an additional full bathroom with walk-in shower and bench seat off the entryway hall. Both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion for your convenience. The full kitchen includes an oven/range (new in November 2023), microwave, dishwasher, dinnerware (including toddler/young child plates, cups, and utensils), cookware, various utensils (such as a pizza cutter, wine bottle opener, can opener, etc), Instant Pot, a variety of spices, toaster, coffee for Keurig and drip coffee pot, popcorn and popcorn maker, and a table top s'mores maker (s'mores supplies not included.) The living room has a queen size Murphy bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in addition to a 55" 4k HD Smart TV, DVD player and a small selection of DVDs, an electric fireplace, a small selection of games and puzzles, and an Xbox 360 with two controllers and several games. There is also a private balcony with a coffee table, two chairs, and a love seat that overlook the promenade, beach, and ocean for your relaxation! There is a coin-operated laundry room onsite for your convenience, but you do not need to wash any of the provided linens upon checkout. Guest access Guests have access to the grassy yard area in back of the condo, in addition to uncovered parking lots, covered walkways, stairs, and the elevator. This rental is for the entire condo unit so you will have access to all rooms and spaces inside the condo for your group's exclusive private use. Other things to note This is a non-smoking unit and building. Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo, on the balcony, or on any covered walkways, stairways, or in the elevator. Pets are not allowed.
