Failure to disclose a pet will result in a $350 fine, in addition to charges for any necessary repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning. Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the suites. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $2,000. Check-Out & Damages: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A fee will apply for departures after this time. Guests are responsible for any damage to bedding, towels, or the suite and will be charged accordingly.
