The unit is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, with a lush tropical setting to the rear, laced with a variety of tropical fruit trees. The City of Castries, the George Charles Airport and the town of Gros Islet (The entertainment capital of St. Lucia) are all 15 minutes drive away. The unit is located close to a bus route but transportation availability is only consistent in the early morning and late afternoon. A rental car is highly recommended to get around. The space The unit is fully appointed with a shower, refrigerator, gas stove (with oven), toaster, microwave oven and electric kettle. The bedroom is airconditioned. The unit is open plan with a dining area and living area. The base price is for two persons in the room. A third person can be accommodated with an airbed or single bed placed in the living area. Guest access Guests also have access to on site or off street parking as well as the back yard garden. Guest are free to enjoy whatever fruits or produce are in season at the time, from our backyard garden. Other things to note Twist 241 Bar is less than 5 mins drive away and serves all beverages at two for the price of one all day every day. Twist also serves local meals with a St. Lucian flavour. A number of other local bars and watering holes are all located within a 5 minute drive radius of the property. Gregor's Gym is less than a stones throw away and can be utilised for a fee. TJ's Supermarket is about 5 mins. drive away The Grand Riviere Playing Field is about 4 mins away. Choc Beach is within 10 mins drive.
