This place is what Cabins used to feel like before the Airbnb craze happened. This cottage is situated on a slope- there is an amazing view of our little bay area. Watch the sunrises from the large sliding doors. Enjoy one of the only sheltered areas along the Lee River! It’s not rare on a busy weekend to see a small flotilla assembling in our bay. Very little boat traffic in our bay- perfect for small swimmers or anyone just wanting to float in a safe environment. The cabin is just over 1000 ft.², there’s parking for 2 vehicles and a trailer. You’ll also have access to the gated boat launch in the area. Please note, the property is located on a hillside. The yard is grassy but it may not be suitable for some people to be walking up and down. Also please use extreme caution when handling Peddleboat. Dogs may*** be allowed.Please ensure they are on a leash while walking in the common areas and confined to the yard. Please pick up all waste, dogs NOT on furniture or our blankets- must be trained to go to the bathroom OUTSIDE :) Please ensure to add them to your booking Guest access All of the cottage , decks, dock Other things to note Let's avoid fines and cancellations! Limited supply of portable water and kindling on site.
