Dear guests, We cordially invite you to Troisdorf-Sieglar in our modern, small 1-room apartment with 1 to a maximum of 2 beds. The apartment is not shared with other residents, bed linen and towels are included. You are in Cologne or Bonn in 20 minutes by car or in 45 minutes by bus/train. Phantasialand in Brühl, the Lanxess Arena in Cologne and the Rhine with the Drachenfels are popular destinations. The space The 20 sqm apartment, completed in 2024, is located on the ground floor of a two-storey house with courtyard in Troisdorf-Sieglar. It includes a 13 sqm living room and bedroom, a modernly furnished bathroom and a mini kitchen in the entrance area. In front of the front door, a covered area of the courtyard with bench and side table belongs to the apartment. The living room and bedroom is furnished with a 1.40 m wide bed with bedside table, a swing chair, a writing-dining table with chair, a wardrobe with mirror and wardrobe and a shelf. There is a TV with cable connection, radio and free WiFi. If the 1.40 m bed (with a mattress) is too narrow for 2 people when booking, a cabinet bed can be opened to a second bed of 1.97 x 0.88 m (see photos). Upon your arrival, the beds are made with fresh sheets and towels are provided. The mini kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker and microwave with grill function as well as with dishes and cutlery (no stove or oven). The bathroom has a low-entry shower and a hairdryer next to the toilet. In the covered area of the courtyard directly in front of the entrance door of the apartment, you can use a bench with a side table and a shoe closet. You can rent a private parking space at the house if it is available during your travel time (payment of the fee on site). In the immediate vicinity of the property you will find a supermarket, a bakery, several snacks, restaurants and pubs, a cafe, an ice cream shop, a kiosk, banks and a pharmacy. Sieglar is due to Sieg, a tributary of the Rhine. The extensive Siegauen and the Sieglar Lake invite you to walk in nature. From our accommodation, you can reach all the sights in the Rhine cities of Bonn and Cologne, the Siebengebirge with the Drachenfels or the Phantasialand near Brühl with a short drive. Cologne/Bonn Airport is only 8 km away. The journeys are easily possible both by car and public transport (bus stop 1 min away).
