Waterfront. Host resides on property, but will give you your privacy. *PLEASE NOTE: property complies with zoning of Talbot County which enforces a 3-night minimum and 4 guest max. NO DOGS ALLOWED No Parties #STRN-23-51 The space Panoramic views with 8 feet of water at dock where you can bring any size power or sail boat for your water activities. Crabbing, fishing and swimming or rent a kayak or paddle board are just a few things to do on Solitude Creek. Watch the sunset from the Adirondack Chairs at the end of the dock or relax in the hammock. Corn hole and a basketball hoop also provides family fun. This lovely cottage with a salt-water pool (not heated) and sun ledge is right on the water where you can relax under lighted umbrella or cushioned lounge chairs. The two chairs and table on patio are great to have your morning coffee. There is also a picnic table with umbrella, gas grill and Hot Tub for your private use, open year round. The host and hostess do reside in the main house on the property and are very respectful of your privacy, but are there to assist you in any way they can to ensure that you have the best possible experience for your vacation. Other things to note Road to cottage is one-lane, please give way to cars on lane using first-come, first-serve basis. No Parties or Weddings
