Guest access 🚪 Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, private backyard, and outdoor shower area. • Parking: You have one dedicated parking space in the left-hand driveway of the property. Please refer to the Guest Manual for a visual guide. Your spot is on the left-hand side of the left driveway when facing the property. • Entry: After parking, walk down the left-hand side pathway of the property until you reach Unit 3 at the end. Enter the lockbox code (provided via message at 7:00 pm the night before check-in) to access the apartment. • Backyard Access: Once inside, you can open the side gate leading to the backyard — perfect for easy pet access during your stay. You’ll enjoy full privacy and independence throughout your stay, with self check-in and secure access provided. Please take a moment to read through these notes before arrival. ⸻ 🅿️ Parking • Guests have one dedicated parking space in the left-hand driveway (left side of the left driveway when facing the property). • Please refer to the Guest Manual for a visual guide to your space. • There is also ample free street parking available nearby for extra vehicles or visitors. • No height restrictions apply for driveway access. ⸻ 🐕 Pets & Outdoor Areas • Pets are warmly welcomed — the property is designed with them in mind. • The backyard is fully fenced and secure for your pets to play safely. • An outdoor shower and hose are available for rinsing off sandy paws after the beach. • You’ll find a Pet Welcome Basket inside with bowls, treats, towels, and waste bags. • Please use the provided pet blankets if allowing pets on furniture. • Kindly clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the outdoor bins provided. • A small one-time pet fee applies per stay (covers additional cleaning, supplies, and amenities). • Pets must not be left unattended indoors for extended periods. ⸻ 🧺 Laundry & Cleaning • Washer and dryer located inside the apartment for guest use. • Cleaning products and pet-safe laundry items are provided. • A professional clean is completed before each stay to ensure freshness and hygiene. ⸻ 🔇 Noise & Neighbourhood • The property is part of a small, quiet residential complex. • Please respect neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10 pm – 7 am. • Towradgi is a family-friendly beachside suburb, so a relaxed and respectful environment is appreciated. ⸻ 🏖️ Beach Access • Towradgi Beach is just 50m away, with walking trails and pet-friendly zones nearby. • The Towradgi Surf Club Café is a local favourite for morning coffee with your pup. • For longer walks, explore the coastal path toward Wollongong Harbour and North Beach. ⸻ 🔑 Check-In & Security • Self check-in via lockbox — access code sent at 7:00 pm the night before arrival. • For your safety, ensure gates are latched and doors locked when not in use. • Emergency contact details and Wi-Fi info are listed in your Guest Manual. ⸻ 🚭 Smoking Policy • Smoking is not permitted indoors. • Outdoor smoking is allowed in the backyard area only — please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
