Here you can enjoy beautiful view of Kathmandu valley in the evening. Mesmerizing sunshine, amazing weather round the year. All the pictures included here are clicked by me, and from this house only! Perfect for a family or with friends or even alone! The space This properly is situated in a very peaceful place not far from Kathmandu. It is 5 kms from Kalanki, kathmandu. 2 kms from Satungal, Kathmandu or 11 kms from Thamel, Kathmandu. Guests can enjoy whole house and the guarden, relax, meditate, hike, cook their own dishes (as required facilities are provided). Can use washing machine for washing clothes, we have 235 liter refrigerator, gas oven, soar water heating system, garden music system (use bluetooth or pendrive). Has 3 bed rooms and one extra bed as well. 1 bedroom has attached toilet. Altogether 3 bathrooms. Also one more toilet is located in the garden, that makes 4 in total, Garden chair and table set up for enjoying food in open. Aslo terrace table and chair to enjoy food in the terrace. We have garden rocking chair and swing as well. Also a fountain with a small pond as well. Very friendly and helpful neighbor, but in the mean time this place is absolutely private and one can enjoy good privacy here. Department store is nearby for daily needs. Local stores are nearby as well. Guest access Guest can use whole house and its garden area Other things to note I am a Prosthodontist by profession. If any dental concerns are there, I can take care of it immediately as a dental clinic is also situated in and around the house. Also any medical emergencies can be taken care of as my wife is a senior physician and oncologist.
