Free parking nearby The space Located in the center of a village in the heart of the countryside, my 70 m2 property has two bedrooms with bedside tables and lamps, and space to store your belongings. Linens and towels are provided and included in the price (linens not provided for the crib). A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed A 140 x 200 sofa bed in the living room The property has a reverse-cycle air conditioner to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The bathroom has an Italian shower and a washing machine. Soap/shampoo available to you. A heated towel rail and a hair dryer are also provided. The living room has a desk area for teleworkers. The apartment has fiber-optic internet, and Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. A TV with SFR channels + Netflix, Prime and Disney+ (with your subscription). The functional kitchen consists of a stove with ceramic hobs and an oven, a microwave, an air fryer, a fridge/freezer, and a toaster. Washing machine and dryer available. The outdoor hot tub is available from June to mid-September inclusive, and depending on the weather. You must put the cover back on every night to avoid accidents. Children are the responsibility of their parents. We no longer offer an outdoor BBQ because of the risk of fire. A plancha grill is offered instead. Smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed, but an ashtray is available outside on the balcony and outside in the garden. Dogs are welcome. Parties are PROHIBITED. Please keep the noise down after 10 p.m. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via the street. Whenever possible, my husband or I will welcome you. Our working hours do not always allow us to welcome our guests. A lockbox is therefore available next to the front door of the accommodation after climbing the few steps.
