Welcome to the apartment "Nordseeoase" in Büsum! The apartment for 4 people was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located in the beautiful North Sea resort within walking distance of the family lagoon "Perlebucht". The two bedrooms each have a high-quality box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe with a mirror. Both bedrooms have pleated blinds as privacy screens, insect screens, and blackout curtains. In one bedroom The space You will also find a small workplace for one person, in case you have to bring some work with you on vacation. The spacious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, toilet, vanity and towel radiator also has a washer-dryer, storage facilities and hairdryer. For the little guests, you will find a changing table, step and toilet seat in the bathroom. The cozy and modern living area offers a corner sofa with armchair, 55" flat-screen TV, radio and soundbar with Bluetooth function. A fire in the fireplace provides additional coziness on cold days. The living area leads directly into the dining area with a large solid wood table and cozy swivel chairs. In the living and dining area you will find a small selection of books, board games and (bicycle) maps. From the dining area you can see the modern fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to an induction stove, high oven, fridge-freezer and built-in microwave, you will also find a dishwasher from Miele in the kitchen. A lot of attention to detail was shown in the furnishing of the kitchen. So you will find a wide selection of dishes, kitchen utensils and glasses in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a filter coffee maker, a Krups Nespresso machine with milk frother, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, raclette, hand mixer, hand blender, as well as a small selection of baking dishes. For the little guests, the kitchen has children's dishes and a bottle warmer. From the dining area, the terrace leaves, which convinces with an electric grill, so that you do not have to mess around with charcoal or gas bottles. On the terrace you will find a large garden table and 4 garden chairs. The garden can be used by you. Outside there is also a parking space right in front of the house, another across the street. Bicycles brought or rented on site can be stored in the lockable bicycle shed right in front of the house. The port town of Büsum has been a seaside resort since the 19th century and offers numerous activities for your vacation. In Büsum, a tourist tax is charged via a guest card. You will receive all information when you make the booking. The bathing and leisure area Familienlagune Perlebucht offers tide-independent, dlrg-guarded bathing and water sports pools with a pier, as well as a dune landscape equipped with wind-protected hollows. The family area invites you to spend the day with numerous play equipment, swings, hammocks and climbing frames. Barbecue areas, picnic seating areas and a large campfire circle are ideal for a cozy get-together. Two volleyball and beach soccer fields are available on the activity beach. In addition to various dining options, the promenade also has lockers, toilets and service facilities. There are numerous shops serving daily needs in the nearest area. In addition to grocery stores, bakeries and leisure items, you will also find flower shops and fashion stores. The regular weekly market offers products from the region. The adventure golf course and the sea wave pool & spa offer play, fun and relaxation for the whole family in the nearby area. In the center of the village there are various restaurants, shops and attractions. In bad weather, the hands-on museums in the Phänomania adventure center attract children and adults alike. The Eider Barrage and the towns of Heide, St. Peter-Ording, Friedrichskoog, Friedrichstadt and Husum are easily reached by car in less than an hour. Other popular destinations are Heligoland, Sylt, the Halligen and Hamburg.
