Under no circumstances should minors drive inside the condominium. Easy access to Pernambuco Beach - The condominium entrance is about 300 meters from the beach. It is very easy to park near the beach or near the entrance. Our house is about 1 km from the condominium entrance. Please inquire in advance about the possibility of flexible check-in and check-out times. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS RESPECT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AGREED IN THE RESERVATION. PEOPLE NOT PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE CONDOMINIUM. Guest access The house has only 2 rooms without guest access. An office in the main house and the staff room at the back of the property. In these rooms, we keep some personal items. The condominium does not allow motorcycles, ATVs and electric motorcycles. Other things to note About being so close to the Atlantic Forest Having the forest around you is a privilege for few. The fresh air, the birds and the scent of the forest give us peace and tranquility. But this can cause minor inconveniences. Insects and mosquitoes may appear. We recommend the use of repellents at night and, although the house is fumigated every 3 months, we apologize if any unwanted insects appear. Security information: the house has a camera monitoring system in the external areas (side corridors, front and garden). Turning off, removing, relocating or covering the cameras is prohibited. The house has no cameras inside.
