Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom unit, including the private balcony, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, and all in-room amenities. Building Amenities - Swimming Pool: Available for guests with a fee of ₱150 per person during regular days and ₱300 per person on holidays (subject to the building's rules and operating hours). - Gym: The fitness center is reserved exclusively for unit owners and is not available for short-term guests. Special Perk for Long Stay Guests staying on long-term bookings may receive complimentary access to the swimming pool and gym, subject to approval and building regulations. This benefit is available for up to 2 registered guests. We're happy to assist with any questions before or during your stay to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
