Cozy private room with its own full bathroom! It has a closet and desk. In the house you will find common areas such as a kitchen, a living room with a TV, a dining room and a garden. We also have a washer and dryer for you to use for an additional charge. We are located in Barrio Conquistadores with easy access to any transportation service. Close to: Plaza Mayor, Unicentro, UPB, Parques Del Río, Parque de Laureles, Alpujarra, Downtown, Pies Descalzos The space You will find a room in our home to enjoy and rest. It is a quiet, bright and cozy place that provides your expected comfort; comfortable beds, clean sheets, hot water shower, fast WIFI and other basic utensils. We take care to meet your expectations and leave every detail ready before your arrival for your safety. That's why we're meticulous, we disinfect the rooms before and after each stay. We also provide the space with implements such as antibacterial gel and alcohol to ensure your safety and that of all guests. Guest access Casa Jardín has common areas such as a kitchen, living room with TV, dining room and a garden. We also have a washer and dryer, which you can use for an additional fee. At Casa Jardín we do NOT have car or motorcycle parking. In case you need it, just 6 blocks from the house, there is a public parking lot with a fee that operates 24 hours a day. With your comfort in mind, we provide room cleaning service once a week, TOTALLY FREE for all LONG STAYS. Other things to note Please note that we have work responsibilities and other schedules to meet outside of Casa Jardín. We have our own time so we are not permanently in the house, even so we will be aware of any concerns by phone. Check-in is at 1:00 pm, with the possibility of early check-in as long as the room is ready and disinfected. But since we understand that your time is precious, you can leave your bags while we have everything ready. If you plan your arrival during the following hours, we will be there to accompany you in person: - Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm - Saturdays: 8 am to 1 pm If you arrive outside these hours, you must complete the SELF CHECK-IN process; we will tell you more once you confirm the reservation.
