Family home in downtown Valparaiso. 20 minutes from Indiana Dunes. Walking distance to all of the excellent restaurants, and still close to Valparaiso University Athletic Recreation Center to catch a game! Plenty of parking! The house is in downtown Valpo, near the train tracks. The sounds of the trains and whistles can be heard at odd times. The house is located next to a park with a playground for youngsters.
