The space The apartment with separate entrance is located in a detached house with annex in Bergneustadt, OT Wiedenest. The house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The newly renovated apartment (approx. 17 square meters) located in the basement is equipped with a comfortable bed (1.40 x 2.00 meters with a permanent sleeper mattress. The 150 cm wide kitchenette is equipped with a fridge (with freezer compartment), sink, microwave, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery,… The beautiful bathroom with a vanity, toilet and a large shower/bathtub invites you to relax with a pleasant full bath. Other amenities of the apartment: table, 2 chairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Guest access You can park your car on the right side of the street directly at or very close to our house. Please make sure to leave the entrances, even on the left side of the road, clear. Thank you very much! Other things to note Important information for you: Next to the apartment, my father, who is in need of care, has his apartment. As a fire protection measure, we had a connecting door installed to my father's apartment in order to have another escape route from the apartment in the event of a fire. Unfortunately, through this door you can hear the noises caused by a passenger elevator as well as the morning visit of the nursing staff. We ask for your understanding. Otherwise, my father is very quiet!
