Villa Bavigo and Villa Pieron are new, modern holiday villas near Pula that offer a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. These two villas, which are only connected by a back wall, ensure privacy for each accommodation unit with its own enclosed property. The space Together, the villas offer 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 16 people. Each villa features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor area with a private pool, a hot tub, and a sauna, as well as additional entertainment options such as table tennis and table football. The ground floor of each villa comprises a central living area with access to the terrace, a dining area, a modern kitchen, and one comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, and private bathroom. On the first floor of each villa, there are three additional bedrooms with double beds, private bathrooms, and access to the terrace, while the wellness oasis with a hot tub and sauna offers a special retreat for relaxation. The outdoor area includes two private pools with a waterfall, cozy garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, sun loungers, and parasols. For food lovers, there's a summer kitchen with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying shared evenings outdoors. Each villa's fully fenced yard ensures privacy and includes a total of four private parking spaces. Note: Groups of young people are only allowed upon prior agreement.
