Cozy Suite - 3A

The decor is modern, practical and comfortable. The suite is part of a building specialized in receiving foreigners for short stays. We are located in a residential and traditional neighborhood in north-central Quito. Three blocks from the Metropolitan Hospital, the most important in Ecuador. Nearby you will find parks, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, theaters, restaurants, all within 10 blocks or the equivalent of $2 by taxi. The space The suite is on the third floor of the building and has easy access to a terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors in a pleasant atmosphere. Guest access We have a communal laundry area with a washer and dryer, free of charge, which is shared with other guests. We also have a shared parking lot that can be used upon request. Other things to note The apartments are smoke-free areas. People who want to smoke can do so on the terraces that are shared with other guests and have a spectacular view of Pichincha.
