Other things to note To use the apartment correctly, we ask that you comply with the following instructions: 1.- Upon arrival, check the apartment and report any anomalies you detect that may affect your stay. 2.- The maximum occupancy is 4 guests and a fifth in a trundle bed, ideal for a child or teenager. 3.- Pets are allowed for an extra fee. 4.- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. 5.- Follow the instructions for the correct use of the kitchen countertop. 6.- No parties or celebrations inside the apartment. For this, use the building's common areas, available through a reservation system at the building's reception. 7.- Check-out is at 11:00 AM and no later than 12:00 PM. After this time, a fine equivalent to the value of one day will be applied, without the right to use the apartment.
