Residencial Evian Thermas Residence is a quiet place for family and friends. It has pools with hot, warm and cold waters. A place to relax and take a vacation. It has a gym, bungalows, infinity pool, children's pools, indoor pool and pool with wet bar. It has a restaurant and bar with a variety of food and drinks. Garage for 1 car. We provide bed and bath linens, all rooms with air conditioning and the living room. The space You, the guest, can feel at ease and enjoy the pools and all the leisure space available. At Evian Thermas Residence, there is a restaurant for you to be more relaxed and not have to leave the apartment. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (prices vary and the guest pays Evian directly. The apartment has a kitchen but no oven or stove, only a microwave and refrigerator. There is a faucet with a sink for washing clothes, but there is no washing machine. There are 2 en-suites, 1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It has a toilet and a sofa bed in the living room. All rooms have air conditioning, including the living room. All rooms have a TV. Guest access Guests have access to all swimming pools and leisure areas. It has 4 swimming pools, a gym, a sports court, ping-pong and pool tables, an adult games area and a children's area. Other things to note The apartment is for 7 guests. But as a rule of the condominium, only 5 adults and 2 children (up to 11 years old) are allowed. It cannot be different (e.g. 6 adults).
