Very comfortable house in a gated community 270 meters from Lagoinha beach, a calm beach with no waves. High-ceiling living room, large bedrooms and total security. Large garden without bars and walls. Soothing green view. The space is great for families (with kids) and groups of up to 12 people. The land has 3 houses and one of them is the house for rent. Eventually the other houses will have other people. The only common area between the houses is the service area, with 2 sinks and a washing machine. The space The house has a barbecue and a cold shower in the garden. Guest access The house has a covered garage for 3 cars and an uncovered space for 3 more cars. The Condominium is very quiet and safe for walking, with lots of green areas. Other things to note The house is a two-story house, and all bedrooms and bathrooms with showers are at the top of the house, where there are 4 suites, but 3 with hot showers. Access is via a spiral staircase that has a handrail and guardrail. On the ground floor there is a half-bath with a sink and toilet.
