Welcome to Collins Avenue Casita! Centrally located on Balboa Island, this awesome open concept layout features three bedrooms, two baths, fireplace, laundry, and a front patio. You're steps away from beaches and boating! Main Street (Marine Avenue) is a few blocks away, or take the ferry to Balboa Peninsula. There are so many fun-in-the-sun things to do on the island! The space Collins Casita is your bright Balboa Island getaway featuring recently remodeled bathrooms (complete with Toto toilet in the primary bathroom!) and new floors. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open concept, complete with a sliding door to the front patio where you can relax in the morning with a cup of coffee, tea, or enjoy your favorite afternoon/evening beverage! The primary bedroom comes complete with a Cali-king bed, en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom features a double bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed, both bedrooms have ample closet storage. The kitchen has all that you need to make yourself at home: a five-top gas range, oven, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and more. If you feel like making some shrimps on the barbie, or any of your fav grillables, help yourself to the outdoor grill! The living room features an L-shaped coach that can be converted to a bed, and a smart tv. Wifi is available for all of your internet needs. Let's talk about having fun on the island! Collins Casita is centrally located on Balboa Island, you're a few minutes walk to the beaches on either side of the island, and a short walk to Marine Avenue (the main street of the island, with shops, restaurants, etc.). Or hop on the ferry that takes you to Balboa Peninsula, where you can book trips for whale watching, harbor cruises and more! Guest access Collins Casita is its own self-contained house. Other things to note - This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation. - Per the City of Newport Beach, the minimum age to book a short-term rental is 30 years old. Host will require proof of age when booking, if a guest books and is not at least 30 years old you will be asked to cancel the reservation - Tenants will be responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay - No pets allowed, no exceptions - No smoking or vaping - No parties, gatherings, etc. Collins Casita is located on Collins Avenue on Balboa Island. The street is one of the widest streets on the island and affords plenty of street-parking. For guests staying during the week, please be aware of the WEEKLY street cleaning days: WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY. There is signage on each side of the street regarding hours, please make sure not to be parked on the side of the street during the street sweeping hours/days as the city of Newport Beach is aggressive about issuing tickets!
